Peanut Biscuties

Well I never, some biscuits that are DELICIOUS, ADDICTIVE and DIVINE yet free of gluten, dairy and refined sugar (dependent on what you mix in!). If you like peanut butter, these are a must.

Peanut Biscuties

Makes 10

100g Chunky Peanut butter
40g Maple syrup
50g Coconut sugar
¼ tub glace cherries (or substitute for something else you prefer like choc chips!)
50g Gluten free flour
60g Coconut oil (melted)
1 tsp Ginger
½ tsp Salt
150g Oats


1. Set your oven to 170c degrees (fan)
2. If your coconut oil isn’t melted – melt it using the microwave or oven
3. Mix everything except the cherries and coconut sugar in a bowl
4. Cut each cherry into 4
5. Cover the cherries in the coconut sugar (to stop them from clumping together)
6. Pop the cherry mixture into the bowl that has the other ingredients and mix well
7. Shape into roughly 10 biscuits
8. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until slightly golden brown

TIP: These shouldn’t spread much in the oven so don’t worry too much about space on the tray!
